Type: Ceramic onglaze 

The blue glaze includes the palace blue, Chinese blue, royal blue, pigment blue,it is a ceramic glaze. Blue glaze is easy to scatter, bright in color, with good coloring effect; and the blue glaze can be widely used for coloring on ceramic products.

Grain Size of the Pigment: About 200 meshes

Using Methods: Dipping glaze and spraying glaze.

Proportion of Ball and Seeds: 2:1

Proportion of Adding Water: 25%~27%

Ball-milling Time: 30~35 hours

Concentration of Glaze-slip: 200~210

Fast Ball-milling: 10~18 minutes

Friendly Suggestion:

1. The customer can properly adjust concentration of the glaze-slip after ball-milling according to actual conditions, to adapt the type of ware;

2. The pigment can be directly added with water; it can also be added with other additives under the guidance of the manufacturer;

3. When the china bottle begins to be fired, the furnace door shall be opened to the greatest extent to maintain ventilation. We suggest that the furnace door shall be closed when the temperature is more than 600℃; at this time, the firing effect will be the best!

4. Time for Holding Temperature: According to different nature of the pigments, when the red glaze is fired, it shall be stayed in the furnace for 10 minutes!
