Inclusion Orange-S702
Inclusion Orange-S703
Inclusion Orange-S704
The other name:Intense Orange, Included Orange Pigments
Brilliant Orange, Mandarin Orang Pigments
Inclusion pigments are our principal products,we’re the minority of real inclusion pigments manufacturer in China.
The inclusion principle – brilliant pigments are stabilized by encapsulation in chemically and thermally stable crystals The colours of yellow, orange, and red inclusion pigments are achieved using well-known, colour intensive cadmium-sulfoselenide compounds. These possess very limited chemical and thermal stability, and so we encapsulate them in practically inert, colourless zircon-silicat in a complex chemical synthesis process. As a result, our inclusion pigments compare chemically with pure zirconium silicate, yet demonstrate the optical properties of their embedded colour.

Instructions for application of Inclusion Orange Pigments
1. To avoid mechanical destruction of inclusion pigments during glaze preparation, were-commend adding the stain when only 5 % of the total milling time remains.
2. Glaze systems containing lead, lime, boron, or zircon improve the color development of inclusion pigments. But when used in the base glaze which has too much zirconium, they will weaken the color through the effect of opacifier.
3. Alkali-rich glazes reduce the color intensity.
4. Avoid adding ZnO to the glaze, otherwise it may cause pin hole.
5. Avoid adding Barium to the glaze, otherwise it may affect the colorization.
6. Color difference: For every batch of product delivered, we keep the pre-shipment sample for two years, and we keep ample stock to make sure that the customer get consistence in color.
